Groups have the chance to go ghost busting at Dover Castle by booking onto an after dark ghost tour which will be running every Saturday and Sunday during January and February 2010.

Dover Castle’s turbulent history stretches back 2,000 years to Roman times and the centuries have produced an abundance of stories of spooky sightings and ghostly goings-on – many of which will be recalled by knowledgeable guides as they take visitors around the dark deserted site, into the recently opened Great Tower and deep into the underground Tunnels.

Tours run from 5.30pm to 8.30pm and cost £500 per group (maximum of 25 people) and include a warming light meal of home made soup and a roll. Pre-booking is essential – call 0870 333 1181 for more information.
