SHREK's Kimberley Walsh visits SEE Groups

See Groups recently had a royal visit from SHREK THE MUSICAL’s latest Princess Fiona, Kimberley Walsh.

Girls Aloud singer Kimberley has always had a love for musical theatre. She played Young Cosette in Les Misérables when she was a child, and having sung On My Own on the stage at the Queen’s Theatre as part of the TV special The Passions of Girls Aloud, moving into musical theatre was a natural step for Kimberley. 

Talking of performing every night, Kimberley told SEE Groups: "Performing live, you’re there in the moment and all you’re trying to do is entertain the audience. If you’ve achieved that, you’ve done your job. It’s really quite a nice feeling."

SHREK THE MUSICAL has been playing to packed out audiences since opening in May and is the feel good musical of the year, so let your freak flag fly and get yourself down to the Theatre Royal Drury Lane!
