Work of art
Take your group to join in the celebrations at the National Museum Wales, as it celebrates its centenary with a series of events and innovative exhibitions. Fine works by Monet, Cezanne, Rodin, and Van Gogh form part of an exhibition called Industry to Impressionism at National Museum Cardiff, and the re-erection and refurbishment of St Teilo’s Church at St Fagans: National History Museum will be completed in October 2007. Each national museum offers free entry, where groups can explore all aspects of how people in Wales have lived, worked and spent their leisure time. You can also go 300 feet underground with a real miner and see what life was like for the thousands of men who worked at the coal-face. For more details, contact the museum below.
