From May 4 to May 7 Living Crafts returns to Hertfordshire for the largest craft fair in Europe.
Hundreds of professional craftsmen & women will converge on Hatfield House to exhibit their work, which includes everything from handmade jewellery to food & drink.
In keeping with its reputation for diversity, Living Crafts will also showcase more unusual displays: beekeeping, glassblowing, blacksmithing, love-spoon carving & working steam engines are all on the agenda.
And you're invited to be as involved in the proceedings as you like.
There'll be lectures, hands-on silk painting & ceramic painting, raku firing & pottery tuition - or you can simply stand back & watch the experts at work.
Hatfield House is another bonus for groups making the trip to Hertfordshire.
Admission to Living Crafts includes entrance to the grounds & west gardens, & you can tour the impressive Jacobean house at a reduced rate.
Email admin@livingcrafts.co.uk or ring 023 92 863 871 for a booking form & brochure.
Hot on the heels of Living Crafts is the Craft & Design Experience at Fawley Court in Henley-on-Thames from 12 to 14 May.
Craftsmen & women will be showcasing their work each day - giving you a good opportunity to purchase some of the finest examples of contemporary craft, art & design in the UK.
You'll also have the chance to attend a range of workshops & demonstrations, take in live music performances, & stroll through the sculpture garden.
The Craft & Design Experience is open daily from 10am to 5pm.
Admission for adults is £5 on the weekend & £7 on Friday.
